Unfortunately, some carriers, especially FedEx, deliver notifications of delivery when the product has not yet arrived.
If this has happened, we ask that you wait a couple of days to see if the package makes it to you. 90% of the time, the product gets delivered the next day.
If it doesn't within 2 days, please reach out and we will investigate and ship another unit if necessary.
