Firstly, if your order contained multiple items, then it is possible that we shipped your order from multiple locations. For instance, almost all of our Urban Worm Bags ship via FedEx from our West Coast warehouse but many accessory items may have been shipped from our East Coast location. 

You can check the status of your order via the confirmation e-mail we sent you. Just select the "View your Order" button which will take you to your Order Status page where you can view tracking.

If you think that you are still missing items, please create a ticket and give us the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Where You Ordered Your Item From (Urban Worm Company, Uncle Jim's, Amazon, etc)
  • Your Order Number
  • Which Items Are Missing

Once we get the required information, we will research the problem and get back with you and resolve the situation as soon as possible!
