The Worm Success Bundle comes with:
- 2 x 1.4 bricks of coco coir
- 2lbs of worm castings
- 2lbs of worm chow
- an Urban Worm Thermometer
We recommend mixing the castings into the coco coir once hydrated. This will help to inoculate the worm bedding with microbes and make it a better habitat for the worms.
You can then use the worm chow as a supplement to your feedings by sprinkling a light layer of chow on to the surface of your vermicompost. You can then choose to mix it in to the first couple inches of your material if you like.
The thermomneter can remain in your worm bin to give you a constant ability to monitor temperatures.
