We suggest sprinkling a very light layer evenly on the surface of your vermicompost as needed. You could also mix a small amount into the vermicompost as well. We don't recommend any more than a half pound per week for a worm bin like the Urban Worm Bag.
This is more of a supplement rather than the main course! If you see it start molding, that's not a problem, but it *does* mean that you've added too much.
