Worms are able to withstand a lot of neglect. As long as the worms are kept protected from extreme temperatures, then they will live for a long time without any additions of food, bedding, or water.
Absences of up to 2 months or more are just fine, assuming conditions in the worm bin stay within temperatures of 55°F and 90°F and moisture levels stay above 50%.
