It is possible that the loops that support your Urban Worm Bag on its frame are ripping.
While this has happened on Urban Worm Bags which are kept indoors on a level surface, this ripping is much more common when the Urban Worm Bag's frame is placed on an uneven surface which adds uneven stress to the support loops.
It is also more common when the fabric of the Urban Worm Bag has been exposed to sunlight and precipitation. Please understand that outdoor use of the Urban Worm Bag may be suitable in some climates but it will void the warranty.
